If you run any kind of forum you probably will need to deal with this problem sooner or later. And sometimes this problem is not easily noticeable in an active forum such as the one I am responsible for with our free fansite hosting community.
Working as a web host and acting as support for friends and family, I get to troubleshoot lots of different computer problems. Sometimes we just have to file these incidents as another I – D – 10 – T error (pronounced eye-dee-ten-tee).
